YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - You are the first point of contact in our Digital Team for data, create & are responsible for data dashboards and analyze individual measures along the entire customer journey. - In close collaboration with our Digital team (Commerce, CRM & Loyalty) and cross stakeholders (such as Data Intelligence & Market Research), you will develop a holistic strategy on how we collect and enhance data about our consumers - You link different data points, create independent analyses and thus advise our teams on the strategy definition of our digital initiatives - Under your leadership, relevant data KPIs are defined, continuously measured, monitored and evaluated for causes and correlations. Based on this, you create action and optimization measures for our teams. YOUR PROFILE: - A successfully completed business degree, preferably in the field of business informatics or comparable. - At least 3 years of relevant professional experience on the customer or agency side - Extensive knowledge of SQL, data warehouses and of various data sources, such as CDP (Treasure Data), Sales Force (Marketing & Service Cloud), Google Analytics, NPS, and others. - Expert at bringing data "to life" in an appealing visual way using tools like PowerBi, Tableau. - You are a true team player.
