Product Sustainability Lead

Philip Morris ČR a.s. is formalizing organization around the newly established role around Product Sustainability agenda. This role, developed from scratch in a start-up way last year, is leading the whole Product Sustainability Agenda in both CZ&SK, with the help of a wide X-functional team it coordinates. Specifically, you will be the ´right hand´ of Manager Product Sustainability, supporting her in further development & deployment of our ambitious strategy in this area, that focuses on reducing our environmental impact via e.g. Circlular Programs for devices and consumables and numerous other initiatives, which you will be able to influence directly. PRODUCT SUSTAINABILITY LEAD WHAT WILL BE YOU ROLE? - Lead / Participate on the development, deployment and constant improvement of our focus Product Circularity Programs (e.g. Device & Consumables Take-back) in cooperation with the established cross-functional team - Lead/Participate on the development and deployment our ´other´ Product Sustainability projects and initiatives in line with our strategy, be pro-active in proposing new ideas and synergies - Participate on the design and deployment of Product Sustainability strategy and help ensure alignment with multiple streams and stakeholders (incl. global/EU) - Actively Participate in the projects related to development and deployment of consumer facing programs and initiatives and ensure Product Sustainability becomes their integral part if relevant (e.g. New Product Launches: integration of relevant messages & content in line with our strategy/ their onboarding into our circularity programs) - Represent the Product Sustainability agenda in various internal alignment/decision forums, help ensure Product Sustainability becomes integral part of our business strategy, become ambassador of the agenda and the agreed core principles - Participate in effectively managing/organizing the cross-functional team vis a vis the entrusted projects, communicate with global/EU teams where relevant - Actively monitor the core KPIs, actively contribute to the assessment of the business impact of enrusted programs/projects - Monitor market trends and consumer behavior through various sources and identify opportunities for improvement WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - Passion for ESG/Sustainability Agenda - Good organizational and Project management skills - Advanced English, Czech/Slovak language is an advantage - Drive for results - Can-do-attitude - Likes challenges - Doesn´t get discouraged easily - Pro-active approach to tasks and agenda in general - Experience in managing own/projects teams is an advantage - Strong ability to collaborate crossfuncionally - 3-5 years' experience in project management / brand building / trade marketing / CX You can expect and benefit from cross-functional collaboration with Marketing Cluster team, Direct Retail, Digital team, B2C and National retail team, Business Intelligence, Market research, External Affairs, Legal.
