Joining Product & Operations IT Within IT, the IT Product and Operations team is an experienced, nimble & expert team composed of multiple sub streams. The main purpose of the team is to lead the digital strategy and transformation of Operations and Products functions through effective business partnering and conceptualizing, delivering and supporting state of the art and secure IT technologies across the end-to-end value chain. When you join this team, you will work closely with the IT Product and Operations leadership team and critical business stakeholders as a trusted technology partner to embed continuous innovation, work at speed and scale, develop your career in numerous directions in line with your aspirations and in a truly international and diverse context. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? · University degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent practical experience · 8 years of professional experience in IT Project Delivery in Consulting, ISV, Cloud, Manufacturing, Pharma Industries · Exposure to an international environment, with a proven track record in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment · Mastering Cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) architectures, ecosystem and Hybrid-Cloud · Mastering Cloud Computing costing Model and cost-optimization · Mastering Networking Design and Cybersecurity (Purdue Model, Micros segmentation, Cloud 2 OnPrem connectivity) · Good understanding of Solution Architecture (!) and generic architecture patterns · Business and IT stakeholder management (including collecting requirements) · Hands-on experience with: o Design of the Service Platforms o AWS Cloud or equivalent services in Azure, GCP o Kubernetes (RedHat Openshift, EKS) o Virtualization Technologies (Hyper-V, VMWare, EC2) o Database Technologies (Microsoft SQL Server, AWS RDS) exposure and understanding of WonderWare Historian, InfluxDB, AWS TimeStream o Virtual Desktop Technologies Additional assets: • 3+ years of professional experience in Technical Product Management • Proficiency with ActiveDirectory, Authentication, Authorization, Multi-Factor authentication and practices • Mastering Enterprise Integration practices (SOA, Microservices, ESB, ETL/ELT, Service Mesh, API • Proficiency in manufacturing technologies and themes (IT/OT Convergence, Purdue Model, Industrial Protocol, OPC DA, OPC UA, PLC vs Equipment vs Devices vs Sensor) • Hands-on Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, BigPicture) experience • Understanding of Industry 4.0/Industrial IoT concepts and associated technologies (Edge Computing, Message brokers, TSDB) • Understanding of manufacturing processes and practices (Make2Sell, Make2Stock, Lean, Loss Reduction, Demand Planning and Scheduling, Factory Logistic, etc.), and reference models (ISA-95, RAMI 4.0, etc. ) • Proficiency in architectural frameworks and modeling techniques (TOGAF, Archimate, BPML, UML) WHAT WE OFFER? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch card (Sodexo), Multisport & Cafeteria program • Employee pension plan • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees ● Eligibility to participate in Copyrighted Work program (possibility to increase tax-deductible costs) HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • You will be responsible for the Industrial IoT Platform Architecture and be the main point of contact to define the strategy for technical capabilities evolution and the associated roadmap • You will drive the conceptualization, co-design, delivery of the portfolio of technical capabilities, development of business/technical capability mapping for continuous development along with business and internal IT stakeholders. • You will collaborate with Domain Architect to ensure the alignment with reference architecture • You will enable cross-component collaboration and reusability of existing practices and building-blocks • You will collaborate with the Platform Engineering team to build and maintain engineering standards such as DevOps, PlatOps, TechOps practices and support teams in achieving engineering practices excellence. · You own the DOT Infrastructure Roadmap and Technology Standards (Edge Computing, IIoT Gateway, Private Cloud, Hybrid-Cloud) to support Manufacturing Digital and Legacy Applications · You are accountable for the core infrastructure Capacity Plan, Resource Allocation, Resiliency · You will decide on a business continuity trade-off (redundancy vs SLA) · You support the implementation of IIoT Platform Operations Center, providing guidance on how to implement telemetry and observability practices encompassing Manufacturing Devices/Equipments, IOT Gateway, Network Devices, Private Cloud, Public, Platform Services and Applications; · Ensure Non Functional Requirements are included in the Platform backlog and are prioritized according to their criticality. · Collaborate with PMI global/affiliates to develop RFI and RFP documents and participate in reviewing vendor submissions and preparing recommendations that meet PMI requirements, including compliance with established standards and best practices. · Conduct periodic discussions on selected topics for specified products to form Interest groups in propagating Principals, Standards, and Roadmaps. · Enforce DevOps, PlatOps, TechOps practices and culture adoption and support Teams in achieving engineering practices excellence.
