For our PMI Duty Free Digital team in Lausanne, Switzerland we are therefore looking for a Manager Travel Retail Digital Media & e-Retail. Reporting to the Global Head of Digital for the Travel Retail Business Unit of PMI, as the Manager Travel Retail Digital Media & e-Retail you will own, implement, and manage the worldwide Duty Free Paid, Owned, Earned Strategy, supporting our portfolio launches to achieve defined business objectives (KPIs) across our main markets. The role is critical in driving innovation across the Commercial organization, embedding a digital-first approach to serving consumers. You will: • Define the POE (Paid, Owned, Earned) Strategy for the Global Travel Retail Business Unit to raise awareness of our products and drive traffic to our shops (main area of focus being MEA & Asia). • Manage the Media Agencies relationship, manage the global media budget, and operate the media-buying, optimizing our budget efficiency to meet defined targets & KPIs. • Define the Digital Media Assets & Landing Pages Content (working closely with the content team) to localize & tailor Global Content toolboxes in line with Global guidelines. • Develop and implement frictionless high converting user journeys together with the digital agency. • Own the media performance measurement, and secure providing digital activations business reports to the broader organization. • Build strategic partnerships with E-Retailers and other digital platforms of the Travel Retail eCommerce ecosystem. • Define promotional calendar activations, alongside with E-Retailers & Commercial teams: align promotional calendar and promotion mechanics with the Commercial and Marketing/Content Teams. We’re looking for someone with: • Minimum 7-10 years in Digital Media and lead generation. • Previous work experience in/for APAC is mandatory. • Strong knowledge of global digital strategy. • Data driven planning, being able to balance between Commercial and Marketing. • Previous experience in Travel Retail is a plus. • Ability to effectively lead internal and external teams or 3rd party external agencies. • Collaboration, Analytical, Problem solving & Strategic thinking skills required. • Proficient level of English in both oral and written. • Strong communication skills written & oral, ability to quickly build strong relationships and to work across cultures and geographies.
