Joining the Digital Products Portfolio The Digital Consumer Engagement Products portfolio plays a critical role in delivering PMI’s Smoke-Free Future. We are enabling digital services to our consumers and retailers by building platforms to communicate our vision to broader society. Together with talent from multiple business and technology functions across our footprint, we are delivering a premium experience for our consumers. When you join this team, you will work in a dynamic, diverse, and warm environment. You will be primarily focusing on defining your Digital Product vision, regularly engaging with your customers to gather feedback and understand their needs to enhance value. You will be part of all stages of Digital Product incremental value delivery. What’s the purpose of this role? As a Transformation Lead you will be responsible to drive the change by applying agile principles and guide the Product Teams to organize around value, be more efficient and high performing. Transformation Lead duties include managing timelines, designing processes, resolving issues, and coaching team members on Agile methodologies. Ultimately, you’ll help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during Sprints. Your day-to-day - Acting as a change agent for over 25+ Product Teams. - Provide coaching and training to the Portfolio teams in an emerging Agile environment. Planning deliverables and helping teams monitor performance. - Provide coaching and training at all levels in an emerging Agile environment. - Ensure continuous improvement by establishing quick feedback cycles that leverage data driven metrics to identify areas of improvement. - Understand and align agile practices within the context of Project Portfolio Management. - Facilitate cross team, cross department initiatives, and manage complex dependencies. - Collaborate with the Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches Community to improve Ways of Working. - Design and curate onboarding journey for new team members to ensure smooth start in creating customer value. What is needed to succeed in this Role? - Bachelor's Degree in computer science or other related technical field (or equivalent experience). - At least 5+ years’ experience performing as an Agile team member such as Agile Team Facilitator / Scrum Master, or Engineering practice lead, or proven experience as an Agile Coach or working in a similar role in a lean or scrum environment with demonstrated experience standing up new teams. - Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Trainer certification or equivalent preferred. - Proficiency with Atlassian suite: JIRA & Confluence. - Proven track record of continuous improvement to enable higher performing program/organizations and/or teams with improved business and customer outcomes. - Proven track record of delivering solutions when needed, while navigating a fast-paced environment with frequent shift in priorities. - Excellent communication and customer management skills. - Being passionate about Agile practices and Change Management and excited to embed them across the organization.
