Senior Lead Reverse Supply Chain

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Degree or post-graduate diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields will be an advantage • 4+ Years of experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, Material Management or Production Planning • Experience in Reverse Operations or RMA are strong plus • End 2 End Supply Chain / Integrated Business Planning Processes knowledge/experience preferred • Fluent in English • Excellent command of Excel • Predictive and prescriptive analytics and planning skills • Working knowledge of ERP system, SAP, Supply Chain Planning and Forecasting Solutions (E2OPEN suite) is a strong plus WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance, employee pension plan • Sodexo Lunch card, Cafeteria program including Multisport card • Hybrid working model • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Manage and monitor overall supply chain and logistics related activities in the Reverse Hub • Deploy standard fulfilment process & systems for inbound & outbound Reverse SC operations to fulfill shipment plan on time & in full at optimum cost for the markets • Build capabilities in BSP to ensure seamless execution of approved fulfillment process & drumbeat by Sync Hub for Reverse SC in compliance with financial flows, SOX and tolling requirements • Establish sold process & communication flow within FF operations of Reverse Supply Chain between market, BSP, hubs, and performance team, etc. • Resolve escalations & exceptions related to day-to-day processes for Reverse Supply Chain operations • Rollout system and logistics processes for new market onboarding to Reverse Hubs • Implement assigned projects for enhancement of Reverse Supply Chain process as approved by Sync Hub • Review required capacity for refresh, rework and repair activities on weekly & monthly cycles and ensure capacity availability in cooperations with shipment plan Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
