Our Market Activation & Support Team is currently hiring Manager Market Measurement & Planning. Being part of the team, you will be working cross-functionally with colleagues in OC, regions, markets across the world. You will be on the cutting edge of the company’s transformation and communication around our vision of a smoke-free future, innovative alternative products, scientific substantiation and all most relevant news happening around PMI & the industry worldwide. Your responsibilities will include generating insights to ensure continuous upgrade in planning, measurement & reporting on global communications. YOUR 'DAY TO DAY': Reports into Head of Market Measurement & Planning in the MA&S function in Global Communications your key accountabilities include: – Generates insights to ensure continuous upgrade in planning, measurement and reporting for market communications – Coordinates agency’s work in tracking, measuring, and reporting on the earned media coverage to ensure high quality performance and consistent deliverables – Supports market requests in the measurement, planning and reporting • Maintain an always-on media tracking tool to monitor, analyze, and report on comms activity and impact • Support measuring performance of GC initiatives (KPIs for market activities) • Develop and deliver insightful reporting on GC activations and campaigns, linking activity to outcomes • Analyze data, intelligence, and trends to generate communications insights to support the strategic planning process • Streamline the process to support markets in preparing their communications plans, measuring impact, and reporting in a consistent manner • Support markets in their requests re communications planning, measurement, and reporting WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Must Have: • 5+ years of experience in external communications/PR in an agency and/or FMCG company • Knowledge, understanding and experience with strategic planning • Experience with media monitoring and measurement (online, broadcast and print media) platforms and tools, data analysis, data visualization • Ability to generate insights and actionable strategies from data and information • Native-level English speaker or fluency in English with superior written and oral skills Nice to have: • Experience in strategic communications, marketing communications • Experience in political campaigning and insights, ability to understand the business and political environment is a plus • Ability to design and execute departmental-wide KPIs and track and measure against them • Other languages an asset • Degree in PR/Communications or relevant study WHAT WE OFFER: Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
