This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase brand love and consumer engagement for our SF products. You will work closely with marketing and digital, commercial, and other teams to create and execute campaigns and initiatives that drive consumer loyalty and brand advocacy. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Working closely with Brand Team to help identify the best value proposition and effective engagement strategy depending on the project objectives. • End to end/Go to market responsibility for brand engagement campaigns and programs that boost the consumer loyalty - from data gathering and tracking to ideation, execution and post deployment monitoring of the campaigns on all channels (offline and online) • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to create relevant channel content and marketing materials based on local plans and adapted to the audience and brand communication pillar. • Organizing own events (from concept, experiences to deployment) to increase brand affinity. This entails complex project management, ability to coordinate multiples parties and excellence in execution. • Identifying and engage with brand collab and brand advocates to create engaging experiences across multiple levels to bring our brand to life physically and digitally (1 to all, 1 to many and 1 -2-1). • Define the amplification plan. Solid knowledge of digital amplification mechanism • Lead cross functional project teams in order to deploy relevant projects, leveraging on global and local guidelines and tools. • Regularly liaising with peers locally, as well as Global and Regional stakeholders on project-collaborations, best practice sharing and alignment with global and regional programs and projects • Analysing data and metrics to measure the success of brand engagement efforts • Managing the budget for brand engagement initiatives • Staying up to date on industry trends and competitor activities • Leading a team of 4 people • Flexibility for field visits, events deployments. YOUR PROFILE: • A strong track record in consumer marketing and understanding of channels: in-product, digital, PR and offline activations • A clear understanding of competitor activity and consumer behaviour in a brand and FMCG context • Demonstrated ability to analyses and distil brand data metrics into actionable insights • Strong understanding of brand and marketing principles • Creative thinking, ability to demonstrate creative thinking and flair when it comes to campaign ideation. • Experience in developing and executing brand and engagement campaigns • An ability to drive innovation and brand growth • Strong ability to communicate and team capabilities • Strong leadership and project management • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
