About the Internship program This is an internship opportunity for university students, who are required to complete a mandatory work experience as part of their study curriculum. The organization provides the practical work experience, with defined timeframes and objectives driven by university and curriculum. The experience may include a research project and / Masters thesis. You will join and work in close collaboration with consumer insights team in Philip Morris International in Lausanne. This team will be acting as the cohesive force that underpins PMI’s consumer-centric and data-driven strategy. You'll be working together with a mix of talents in data, analytics, science, technology, marketing and media. Candidate requirements : • Currently studying for your Marketing Intelligence, Business, Communications, Data Science or related area • Avid self-learner with a passion for the digital marketing industry and social media platforms specifically • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and strong writing and communication skills • Experience working with Sprinklr and Buzzsumo would be highly appreciated • Ability to work independently and problem solve while being in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to think fast, work proactively, manage priorities and remain diligent in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment Roles and objectives • Build insights reports on PowerPoint from data and develop and optimize these reports based on key audience learnings and feedback from markets and other stakeholders • Evaluates the owned data, campaign, and content performance, as well as the social listening data, and then converts it all into useful business advice and recommendations • Contextualize trends and best practices detected every month, in order to integrate them into quarterly data analysis reports • Support the team in raising service requests and searching knowledge articles on QBranch online portal What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
