RRP Portfolio Lead

We are expanding and looking for a new Portfolio Lead to develop and coordinate deployment of portfolio related initiatives in Baltic States. You will: • Cooperate with other teams and support direct supervisor by gathering, summarizing and analysing all relevant data to support the decision-making process on portfolio strategy and actions • Lead portfolio initiatives & product launches development & coordinate deployment • Manage portfolio & product related processes • Analyse portfolio performance & initiatives • Govern and monitor products’ stock • Prepare the brand project briefs and coordinate the adaptation /development process with marketing agencies Who we’re looking for: • You have a University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Communication or similar • You have a proven successful experience in brand management, as a product owner or FMCG category management • You possess excellent organizational, planning and stakeholder management skills • Analytical capabilities to work with product, market and finance related data • Ability to cross-functionally lead big scale projects • You are proficient in English • The location is flexible within Baltic States What we offer: • Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
