Your ‘day to day’: Coordinate resources available in the territory for Executives Distributors Team, in all Channels, primarily driven by rural strategies established. Focus on increase performance, optimize return on investment and growth potential. Identify opportunity areas and business development (Focus on Handling, Visibility & Portfolio Performance). 1. Achieve the monthly and annual volume and distribution targets through effective management of distributor´s executives. Identify strategies giving the development of the area with accurate identification of issues, opportunities, and priorities for each territory. 2. Ensure the rural distributor’s business plan is on track and in line with the country strategy. Supervise and analyze all available sources and systems to reach the excellence in terms of execution, distribution, volume, and market share. 3. Build and maintain excellent professional relationship with Distributors, trade partners in GT, Wholesalers and Small Distributors (at the area of responsibility), to ensure that they will prefer us like the best tobacco product according with consumer preferences. 4. Coordinate the areas that support the team in charge such as logistic, finance and others, to ensure the communication and common objectives flow between these parties. 5. Ensure the programs, strategic plans, sales incentive, and new product launch activities are done through Executives distributors and territory executive in accordance with plans and objectives, maintaining full communication and coordination with the rest of the sales teams. Who we’re looking for: • A minimum of a university degree in Business, Commercial, Economics, Engineering, or similar. • Proven experience of 5 years in sales, commercial, consumer focus in traditional/modern channel. • Demonstrated ability leading direct and indirect teams. • Knowledge and experience working in complex territories handle it through distributors mainly. • Solid understanding of trade channels such as wholesalers and traditional channel. • Validated personal leadership, communication and negotiation skills are required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office. • Advanced English level is preferred. • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
