WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • A university degree in Supply Chain / Project Management / Business administration / Sustainability, or equivalent expertise • Experience in leading cross-functional projects, as well as dealing with Legal, Trade, Logistics and Compliance matters • Previous experience in working on recycling, refurbishment, and sustainability projects, and/or with consumer electronic goods • Experience in handling operations and budgets • Knowledge of electronics product life cycle and logistics flow • Knowledge of end-of-life programs on electronics is a strong asset. • Strong learning and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong project management skills, ability to handle confidential information, strong soft skills, high level of organization • Willingness to travel if requested (limited and not more than 20%) WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education, and professional qualification support possibility • Company car or car allowance • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Subsidized meals (Sodexo card) • Cafeteria Program • Hybrid work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Lead a team of 4-6 people, map workloads and plan resources accordingly to ongoing business needs • Guide a cross-functional international team on the strategic definition of priorities; exchange requirements and needs with all relevant teams involved, and support teams in all initiatives impacting and involving the Market Onboarding Team • Support the Reverse Operations team as a Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert, and assist central Legal, Sustainability & Supply Chain teams as per area of expertise • Act as Subject Matter Expert on the movement and handling of returned electronic goods; lead all escalations as appropriate, interacting with internal and external stakeholders to achieve a prompt resolution • Guide cross-functional, multicultural teams through the requirements of handling, transporting, and processing returned electronic devices for the purpose of inspection, repair and recycling; understand the overall Sustainability targets driving the mission of the team and support them through proactive initiative and acquiring the necessary expertise • Be accountable for the team performance & strategy; provide regular reporting on the status of the projects followed to all relevant stakeholders and the management • Lead consultancies and their activities for projects relevant to Reverse Operations, wherever required by the team • Control budget adherence within the Market Onboarding and Reverse Operations team. • Carry out all activities to ensure that all PMI compliance, standards, policies, and law relating to these activities are fully respected, integrated and understood by all stakeholders • Identify, propose, and implement solutions to all possible blockers, • Assess project risks, propose solutions, and seek approvals of all key stakeholders to minimize any potential impact, develop and deploy tools, systems, processes, communications platforms which increase efficiency • Prepare and maintain documentation, presentations, and reporting as required Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
