Your ‘day to day’ As our Program Delivery Manager you will be part of our Center of Excellence for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A.. and will be reporting to our Senior Govern. & Results Delivery Manager. The position will be based in Bologna. In your role, you will work within the strategy & results delivery of the Supply Chain function. This team is the nerve center for operations to help deliver the transformation of PMI towards a smoke-free future portfolio. You will be driving and managing projects that deliver step change in service (speed), productivity (cost) and cash, as well as elevating system/process/capabilities for Supply Chain organization. Specific responsibilities include: Strategy - Support Supply Chain strategy deployment and alignment across departments, identifying interdependencies and continually seeking for efficiencies - Run and facilitate strategic planning process in close cooperation and alignment with Supply Chain Leadership team Business planning - Manage implementation of KPI framework anchored on OGSM principles Project execution/efficiency management - Lead selected key projects, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and lead the development of tools or processes to increase quality of work while mastering all relevant systems Program Governance - Establish an effective execution framework of the programs an ensure alignment with Ops operating model. This includes: - Work with Supply Chain Leadership Team to develop a priority framework for managing the Supply Chain program Calendar - Develop an evaluation scheme to assess strengths, improvement areas and risks of the programs - Leverage the assessment results for Leadership Team’s decision making by effective communication - Manage the program reporting throughout the program delivery life cycle (e.g. Goals / Milestones / KPIs / ROI / impact / effectiveness) by leading the internal partners to gather the necessary data points - Ensure the reports and relating insights are leveraged in the program execution. Requirements & Skills: - University Degree in Science or Engineering or Business - 5 to 10 years of work experience in top tier consulting firms or strategy/finance background in CPG companies - Experience in top FMCG and/or electronics companies is a plus - Outstanding strategic thinking, problem solving and analytics capability - Highly collaborative and agile, adept at managing key stakeholders - Entrepreneurial, ownership and roll-up-your-sleeves mindset to get things done with a high degree of assertiveness - Strong Program management - Ability to manage ambiguity - Literacy in Excel, PowerPoint. etc - Fluency in English and Italian What we offer: Our success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
