" Your day-to-day responsibilities: • Interact with cross-functional teams and external resources in the planning, execution and implementation of a number of projects related to consumer experience. • Analyze the scope of the project and the resources needed to develop detailed estimates of the effort, timing, costs and phases of the project. • Develop comprehensive project plans that identify all the necessary tasks, relevant tracing activities and stakeholders involved in successful implementation. • Monitoring progress on a daily basis with timely updates to the status or project issues manual. • Hold weekly meetings, informing all stakeholders of the current status, reporting on any key actions or recommendations necessary for the timely completion of the project. • Work with project stakeholders to ensure that any potential problems are identified early, delays are minimized and changes in the plan are effectively assessed and agreed upon • Managing the team of subcontractors, suppliers and other parties involved in the project • Partnering with colleagues from CX and Market Research to develop and carry out quantitative and qualitative special studies needed to identify, quantify and prioritize pain points and moments of consumer delight. • Based on deep understanding, create concepts and hypotheses that are aimed at filling the identified gaps in the consumer way. Test these concepts and hypotheses (MVP, FFRWD) • Create presentations and reports on project progress for top managers and management. • Collect feedback from internal customers or suppliers, apply customer ideas to initiatives or develop strategies that promote innovation in our products/services. Who do we need: • No less than a bachelor’s degree (preferably a degree in marketing or business) • At least 3 years of professional experience in project management in a product or agent environment • At least 2 years of experience in consumer research • At least 1 year of work in the field of concept and hypothesis testing (MVP, FFRWD) • A proven specialist in solving problems with acute analytical skills, understanding the infrastructure of digital retail systems and common sense.
