As the Lead IT Affiliate Technology Transformation you will become a partner for markets to ensure T&PE product portfolio fits the business strategy and to closely deal with central teams and recommend the best products markets to achieve the business goals with high speed and efficiency. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • A candidate with 5-8 years of experience in the field of: IT, business and IT Service Management, Project Management Advanced skills within an international environment and with equivalent university degree • Experience with IT technologies: Server, Storage and Backup Solutions, Cloud Computing, Networks, Telecommunications, End User Technologies & Components • An excellent communicator, with hand-on experience in stakeholder engagement, troubleshooting and practice as for procurement, contracts & vendor management • A proficient English user WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Hybrid model of work and flexible working arrangements • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch card (Sodexo), Multisport & Cafeteria program • Employee pension plan • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • As the technology partner of the markets you will engage business representatives to lead the technology component of business initiatives in the markets as face of T&PE. Assess the market technology requirements, business value and prioritize accordingly • Participate in technology service centralization and standardization for performing required assessment based on business impact. Drive feedback loop to keep T&PE Product Teams advised on market strategies and challenges • Understand and promote the TP&E products, solutions and standards. Collaborate with central T&PE teams (i.e. Connectivity, Compute & Storage, DW&C) to identify the business impact of the product and evaluate their value for IT Market and business teams • Perform TP&E coordination role in local IT/Business projects. Actively participate in all local & global IT projects and coordinate following PMI TP&E products, methodology, standards and guidelines in order to ensure quality of delivered work and meeting project requirements • You will be responsible for local TP&E budget management in collaboration with product teams as well as local T&PE vendors, contracts and procurement management • Coordinate and perform hands on for last mile local activities (project and incidents) for T&PE infrastructure services. • Understand and promote global products, solutions and standards in the market.
