Your ‘day to day’: Accountable for planning, implementing strategies and projects to ensure share of market growth in Key Distribution Accounts. Reinforce partnership with clients delivering ongoing strategic input and assuring proactive execution at point of sales and guaranteeing the availability of our products. Identify business opportunities and threats across the assigned accounts. Create and robust an effective communication channel with assigned accounts, developing common strategies to maximize the return on investments and improve market performance. Major accountabilities: • Responsible for the creation and implementation of annual business plans for the OWNERS, integrating common objectives and assuring mutual KPI´s (Volume, Share of Market, Profit, Net sales, and ROI) creating synergy's for both companies in order to grow the category. • Lead, acquire and manage resources for strategic initiatives, to face market challenges and continue improving Share of Market performance. Assuring brand initiatives activations/availability and active communication plans across Field Sales & Accounts. • Negotiate agreements, aligned with business strategies and trends to grow the category within our customers and assure PMI position on the channel as category leader. • Establish a network of infrastructure and solidity financially to keep long term players. • Minimize the financial exposure of PMI, ensuring in time and the SBL´s according to the percentage assessed by account and by credit line approved.
