WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Proven experience as corporate trainer • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools • Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching • Solid understanding of technology platforms, technology update iterations impacting business processes, and the association between business and systems processes • Great communication, presentation and public speaking skills • Organizational and time management abilities • Excellent writing and editing skills, be highly attentive to details and be able to manage time accordingly • Proficiency in software applications such as word processors, presentation software, and e-learning software is an asset • Experience in delivering training on commercial systems and processes is an asset • Experience with the following systems is an asset: Adobe Experience Manager, SAP Hybris, PowerBI, Cegid, Salesforce products e.g. Service Cloud, CG Cloud and Fielo • Knowledge of omnichannel operations is an asset WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility, • Private medical and dental care, life insurance, • Subsidized meals (Sodexo card) & Mybenefit Cafeteria, • Hybrid work opportunity and flexible working arrangements, • Employee pension plan, • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility, • Free bike and car parking for all employees. HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Keep abreast on the required commercial systems knowledge • Liaise with leads to determine training needs and schedule training sessions • Develop effective global training materials based on input from the leads and key SMEs • Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc. • Keep attendance and other training records • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
