Your ‘day to day’ Provide first contact support and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for employees and managers, with comprehensive and reliable information on Benefits Administration based on PMI and statutory guidelines/practices. • Perform end to end administration of Statutory and Company Benefits based on approved process maps, turn-around time and controls. Statutory Benefits administration includes monthly government remittances, processing of loans and benefits, updating of employee records, other reporting requirements, payroll workbook preparation and vendor management. Company Benefits administration includes HMO, Life Insurance, Company Assistance and Loans, Retirement, Leave Policy, payroll workbook and working with broker and third-party vendors. • Handle case/ticket management on queries, transactions, escalations related to Benefits within the approved service level agreement • Conducts New Hire’s Orientation and Other Awareness and Enable Sessions for Benefits • Lead and support projects related to Benefits Operations and Product & Experience Delivery Who we’re looking for? • a candidate with minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in multinational environment (preferably in P&C area) • a person experienced in using SAP/equivalent system • a candidate with strong practical MS Excel knowledge • a fluent English speaker • an excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills • a candidate with aspirations and experience in organizing & coordinating activities within the team (project / people management experience will be an asset) What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
