Responsibilities: · Create detailed plans for each type of initiatives/projects, following project management principles (i.e. brand launch, revamp, etc.). Map all initiatives/projects from the start phase to final execution. · Detailed schedule of specific tasks including roles & responsibilities, required timing for each task. · Monitor the pace of the process, follow up deadlines, and ensure proper implementation of each initiative. · Act cross-departmentally ensuring fluent and vivid cooperation between all departments involved in the process. · Propose/identify key performance indicators for every project, control adequate reporting systems to support KPI implementation across all levels. · Measure / analyze effectiveness of commercial activities and support departments in optimization of resources investment, derive key learnings and recommendations for future improvements. · Consolidation of operative feedback in order to continuously enhance effectiveness of designated cycle activities, optimize cycle mechanics and materials. · Any other ad-hoc analysis or projects as assigned. Education and/or Experience: · University degree in Economics / Finance or Business Administration (MBA is preferred). · 3+ years’ experience in Business Planning in a multinational environment. Additional experience in Sales and/or Marketing is an advantage.
