Joining Product & Operations IT Within IT, the IT Product and Operations team is an experienced, forward-thinking & expert team composed of multiple sub streams. The main purpose of the team is to lead the digital strategy and transformation of Operations and Products functions through effective business partnering and conceptualizing, delivering and supporting pioneering and secure IT technologies across the end-to-end value chain. Your ‘day to day’ As a transformational and proven delivery leader, you will be accountable to lead a team in the modernization of the Manufacturing legacy applications suite globally. This includes defining the transformation strategy and roadmap of over 550+ legacy IT/OT applications in the Manufacturing Portfolio with particular focus on Manufacturing Execution, Logistics and Analytics capabilities. You will be responsible to make key decisions in terms of build versus buy for specific capabilities and will lead the vendor selection process aligned with the strategy. Finally, you will lead the development of the new capabilities and the global deployment in alignment with Operations masterplan. You will partner closely with key team members from PMI business functions including Manufacturing, Engineering Solutions, and People and Culture. You will also partner closely across IT cross-functional teams including Network, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Analytics and Data. As such, it is important to have a working knowledge of each of the cross-functional IT areas and understand how to best partner with each cross-functional group on behalf of Manufacturing and Operations. The goal of these partnerships is to create and deploy a new operating model worldwide. In parallel to transforming the Manufacturing application landscape, you will be accountable to lead the change management effort to transform the organization towards a platform and product based operating model aligned with a streamlined architecture. Who we’re looking for • Consistent track record as a successful transformational leader including excellence in customer management • Consistent track record in the development and delivery of a transformational strategy and roadmap • Consistent track record of building and leading a transformational IT delivery team. Ability to identify and cultivate leaders on your team who are critical to your success. • Overall IT experience of 20 years including: • 7-10 years of professional experience in solution delivery or similar roles • 5+ experience leading an IT delivery team across dispersed locations\5+ years of experience in an industrial segment such as engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, transportation, or logistics • 2-3 years of In-depth exposure with IOT / IIOT platforms / Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) / MES Functional Consulting for Process & Batch Manufacturing Industry • Master of Science or Bachelor degree or have equivalent work experience within relevant area (Computer Science or related field) • Must be well-versed in industrial IoT sensors, edge devices, data aggregators, and/or historian systems • Must have knowledge of manufacturing and plant floor processes. • Must have experience in Program Management and Agile working methods • Must have experience in financial management of complex portfolio including CAPEX, OPEX and ongoing run & support • Working knowledge of OT-IT Integrations Including PLCs, SCADA with ERP & MES Systems • Working Knowledge of ERP (SAP) Modules such as Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management System (WMS), etc. • Nice to have experience of working with security and compliance standards e.g. ISO 27 000, NIST, CMMC • Nice to have experience working in a plant or shop floor environment or experience deploying systems within a manufacturing environment What’s in it for you?
