You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ You will lead innovation process in the Andean Cluster, you will coordinate all levels of stakeholders, leads market execution of complex supply chain projects and facilitates decision-making at Markets and PMI OC/Region sides in order to resolve critical bottlenecks. 1. You will engage with the Factories, Project leaders, Marketing and Business Planning teams to capture market events and trends that impact the sales forecast and lead new product initiatives end to end as an owner of LOGD and LOMD and Air-shipments Budget for Andean Region. 2. Review the Statistical forecast provided by the Supply Chain Synchronization Hub and incorporate all information relevant to enrich it with the latest market events and new product launches. 3. Collaborate with the Supply Chain Synchronization Hub to ensure successful inventory management throughout the supply chain and follow up on product availability at market level. 4. Drive the continuous improvement across the entire supply chain processes, deploy globally driven performance management and improvement concepts (e.g. OPEN+), and digitalize planning, logistics and warehousing processes in close collaboration with central functions, in order to ensure efficient business performance. Ensure full transparency of E2E supply chain network in terms of inventory levels, developing systems and tools for timely recognition of Out-of-Stock of potential LOGD exposure. 5. Ensure IMS for Innovations with the minimum LOGD and LOMD Impact. Who we’re looking for • A minimum of university degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Business, Industrial Engineering or similar. • At least 3 years of demonstrated experience within Supply Chain Planning, Business Planning & Development, Distribution Planning. • Is a must to have an understanding and confirmed experience in FCMG. • Proven experience working with SAP, statistical models, and knowledge in planning software. • Advanced English level is required. • Excellent shown personal analytical, communication and negotiation skills are required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
