This role autonomously manages all levels of stakeholders, leads market execution of complex supply chain projects and facilitates decision-making at Market and PMI OC/Region sides in order to resolve critical bottlenecks. Your ‘day to day’ • The role will engage with the Supply Chain team, Project leaders, Marketing and Business Planning teams to capture market events and trends that impact the sales forecast and lead new product initiatives E2E as an owner of LOGD and LOMD and Air shipments Budget for Caricam • Review the forecast proposal provided by the Commercial teams for new initiatives incorporating learnings from other markets and regions • Collaborate with the IBP team to ensure successful inventory management throughout the supply chain and follow up on product availabilty at market level • Collaborate with the Supply Chain CoE, the Supply Chain Synchronization Hub, the Market teams to continuously improve the innovation planning processes, techniques and systems • Ensure IMS for Innovations with the minimum LOGD and LOMD Impact • Engage with the Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Business Planning teams to capture market events and trends that impact the sales forecast for innovations. (1) Organize the collection, review, analysis, and storage of Market Intelligence (events and activities that impact the sale pattern). (2) Enrich the plan with approved new product launches, finalize product phase in/phase out based on project timeline, current inventory and projected IMS. • Monitor execution of product initiatives and present learnings and results • Ensure that performance levels and professional development will achieve or exceed business objectives. Maximize the organizational and individual performance in attainment of business objectives. Reinforce and adapt a process-oriented structure with a continuous optimization of utilization of manpower and equipment. • Collaborate with the Global Category Team, Regional Customer Service and Markets to manage products lifecycle. (1) Ensure specific care for new product introduction by aligning plans with the different stakeholders, assessing their impact in terms of service, cash and cost. (2) Ensure the plans are reflected into the market forecast, follow up and monitor their execution. (3) Report on plan performance vs. actuals, previous forecast, budget. Who we’re looking for: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields • Fluent in Spanish and English • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • 5+ Years of experience within Supply Chain Planning Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Business Planning & Development, Commercial, Project Management proven knowledge • Experienced PC user (Excel / Power BI), • Excellent analytical skills, • Skilled level of competencies: Dealing with Ambiguity; Emotional Intelligence; • Clear and Constructive Communication; Learning on the Fly; Drive for Results; Entrepreneurial Spirit; Priority Setting; Problem Solving; Standing Alone; Comfort Around Higher Management; Organizational Agility; System Savvy
