So, wherever you join us, you’ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in different directions. “Your day to day” • Responsible for monitoring the company risks and maintain them properly covered throughout the correct global insurance programs and local policies. • Coordinate the submission of sensitive information of South Cluster markets to Risk Management HQ to renew the policies. • Keep a permanent communication channel with our PMI HQ Insurance Department to make the best decision in each situation at risk. • Ensure that the company activities are following insurance in place. • Identify and evaluate different options of coverage to get the most satisfactory relation between price and coverage. • Assist and advise all departments every time is required to get company´s risk under control. • Report timely and accurately any loss to insurance companies to assure the prompt reimbursement if it corresponds. • Preparation and follow up of budget for Insurance department. Who we’re looking for • Insurance Degree or equivalent experience (mandatory). • 3+ years´ experience in similar positions in multinational or insurance companies analyzing, negotiating, and giving advice to business (mandatory). • Ability to communicate (written and verbal) fluently in Spanish and English. • Management SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint tools. • Proactive profile, able to work in dynamic environments, with strong problem-solving competencies. • Experience gathering and analyzing data to effect meaningful changes.
