Joining Technology & Platform Engineering The Technology & Platform Engineering (T&PE) is a group of IT experts who are passionate about ushering PMI into a smoke free future through technology. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • 5+ years of experience in the various areas of IT Infrastructure Security (or a similar technical SME role) in a large corporate organization • Proven record of leading and growing a team of experienced engineers, covering various functional areas of infrastructure security (network, endpoints, cloud, secrets, etc.) • Proven track record in building, rolling out, and operating infrastructure and security solutions at scale • Deep technical expertise in major IT Infrastructure areas, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 solution stack, Palo Alto network security stack, and AWS security • Familiarity with internationally recognized frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO) and regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS) relevant to information security, privacy, or data protection • Solid understanding of (both classic and agile) project, service, and change management methodologies proven by experience in the modern ways of working (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, SAFe) • High level of personal integrity and work ethics to handle confidential matters professionally and responsibly WHAT WE OFFER? • A wide range of training programs, optional language classes, further education, and professional qualification support possibility • Private medical, dental care and life insurance • Lunch card (Sodexo), Multisport & Cafeteria program • Hybrid work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Free bike and car parking for all employees • Eligibility to participate in Copyrighted Work program (possibility to increase tax-deductible costs) HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? Be a technical leader in your domain passionate about security engineering and being ready to protect the company brand, shareholder value, information assets, and help ensure regulatory compliance. • Own the efforts to minimize the attack surface of the company IT Infrastructure • Lead, grow, and mentor a team of experienced security engineers, instill a company culture within the team, create a work environment for engineers to thrive • Be a responsive and stable counterparty in infrastructure security matters for the IT Infrastructure platform, Information Security, and other parts of IT organization and PMI business • Implement and manage security tools and policies (e.g., Microsoft Intune, MDE, MDI, Palo Alto Prisma Access, etc.) in alignment with the infrastructure security requirements as well as functional and technical specifications • Liaise with the Technology and Information Security Architecture communities to ensure that infrastructure security principles are effectively and efficiently embedded in new IT solutions/tools • Research, evaluate, recommend, and implement new or updated infrastructure security technology solutions that will reduce cyber risk to the Company or otherwise increase performance, reliability, cost-effectiveness, or flexibility What’s in it for you?
