If you’re a forecaster and forward-thinker, you can make a huge impact, creating sales strategies across all markets As a Combustible Portfolio Lead you will be working closely with the Manager of Portfolio Strategy in the planning and development of proposed actions and objectives that positively influence RBH’s business and ensuring that those strategic actions are compliant with the applicable regulatory environments. Your day to day You will be supporting the development of annual portfolio plans for each category of products that reflect the overall strategy and major business-building opportunities. Based on the current and forecasted demand and movement within our products portfolio, you will be developing deep consumer insights and competitor knowledge to ensure products meet the demands of legal age consumers whilst achieving differentiation in the market. You will also be managing the tactical initiatives within the commercial projects including new product launches. You will be acting as a resource and key contact for managing all the relationships with third party suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of required portfolio assets such as pricing, contract management, packaging management, and ensuring communication and supplier timelines In collaboration with the production planning team, you will be supporting the product optimization strategies and SKU rationalization to develop effective sales execution programs that support brand equity Working closely with the support of the Manager of Portfolio Strategy, you will be defining challenging, attainable and measurable KPIs (yearly and tactically) for the salesforce, taking into account commercial insights, systems and strategies. With that commercial insight, you will be using your data analytic skills, to propose forecasts and volume projections as well as estimated financial revenues. What we’re looking for • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any relevant Degree in Marketing • Min 5 years of previous experience in Marketing, preferably in Brand Management and Offline Engagement. • Exceptional time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time. PMP Certification is a plus. • Experience in the vaping industry is a strong asset. • Experience in brand building and strategy development. • Experience in offline engagement and activations • Strong analytical skills – able to convert insights into action. • Able to lead large groups and manage projects with multiple stakeholders. • Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English. • Background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies is a strong asset. • Bilingual: French/English is an asset.
