YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead the development of a long-term consumer engagement strategy for Heat not Burn products, based on consumer and market data • Local planning and implementation of consumer engagement initiatives in a 360° approach, which are rolled out in offline and online channels and contribute to the overall strategy • Responsibility for consumer engagement management from initiation to timely implementation as the first point of contact and gatekeeper to internal and external stakeholders • Processing of consumer insights and analysis of performance with the aim of defining concrete action plans • Drive recommendations for actions and improvements based on consumer feedback and initiatives performance with the aim of constant optimization • Lead project teams, as well as agency and supplier management • Budget planning and control for the entire consumer engagement pillar YOUR PROFILE: We want a motivated and ambitious member for our team; someone who wants to get involved, to drive things forward and is not afraid to address problems and get them out of the way. • A degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on marketing or a comparable field • Min 5 years of professional experience in marketing / product / brand management and a basic understanding of the FMCG industry would be desirable • Creativity, project management, analytical skills as well as the ability to abstract and think logically • Experience in managing and executing projects and a high collaboration spirit with a passion for sharing/implementation of best practices • Professional handling of PowerPoint, Excel & Co. • Fluency in German and English INTERESTED?
