WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • A university degree in Supply Chain / Project Management / Business administration / or equivalent expertise • Solid experience in various areas of Supply Chain, as well as recognized leadership experience and managerial skills • Previous experience in 3rd party service provider management experience • Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, governance of domestic and international logistics service providers (transport & warehousing) and solid understanding of B2C and B2B fulfillment processes • Sophisticated experience managing complex projects • Good understanding of fundamentals in demand planning, order management, shipment planning and monitoring • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Solid knowledge of SAP, SAP APO and/or other relevant end-to-end planning solutions and optimizer • Proven capability to get results in a fast-paced & metrical work environment, as well as ability to think and act for the benefits of the company and the consumers WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education, and professional qualification support possibility • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Subsidized meals (Sodexo card) • Cafeteria Program • Hybrid work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Develop & deploy fulfilment strategies for selected cluster of markets, supporting optimization of transportation costs, warehouse utilization, postponement hub costs while maintaining efficient inventory replenishment to fulfill customer demand and meet service level expectations (both B2B & B2C) • Develop and expand positive relationships with key stakeholders (Regional / Market Customer Service Heads) • Lead and manage the performance of external relationships with vendors, suppliers, 4PLs, BSPs, and other stakeholders • Leverage the performance of the key regional 3rd party service providers (Logistics Control Tower, Postponement Hub) supervising the required level of capabilities and performance (timely availability, completeness, and accuracy of the plan, KPIs, dashboards, reports, and alert monitoring) • Guide cross-functional, multicultural teams through the requirements of handling, transporting, and processing returned electronic devices for the purpose of inspection, repair, and recycling; understand the overall Sustainability targets driving the mission of the team and support them through proactive initiative and acquiring the vital expertise • In an agile manner, drive Fulfilment process excellence, digitalization, automation, and scalability, leveraging on new solutions. Implement quality control measures for all fulfillment processes • Own the budget for Cost to Serve of respective cluster (or group of markets) and drive the optimization across all categories and channels • Build balanced high performing team by leading, motivating, and developing the team to ensure that the regional objectives are continuously met and exceeded • Ensure that all accountabilities & the activities above are carried out in full compliance with the related PMI Principles & Practices, standards, and laws & regulations Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
