Who we’re looking for: We are looking for a Trade Marketing Executive to join our team in Dominican Republic who will develop Trade Marketing Programs and initiatives for our markets in Central America and Caribbean. Your day to day: • Create Trade and Loyalty Programs concepts for offline and online execution • Develop B2B Tactical Initiatives toolkit for the markets, to boost product distribution, rotation and sales volume. • Create Trade Programs, Engagement and Education content assets (Online & Offline) • Tactical initiatives communication assets development • Content Agency and Budget Management • Support all Business to Business Campaigns creation such as seasonalities (ex. Black Friday), sustainability campaigns, youth access prevention campaigns and others. Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Publicity, or any other related field. • 3+ years of experience working in Trade Marketing Programs, and tactical initiatives preferably in FMCG. • Previous work experience with Digital Savvy mainly with Sales Force Community Cloud and Marketing Cloud. • Advanced English level. • Experience to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
