Who we’re looking for We are looking for a Digital Trade Marketing Supervisor (Engagement) to join our team in Costa Rica who will lead our business into the digitalization using the technology and designing platforms/programs to develop the main priorities, identifying patterns and performance for our CARICAM Cluster. Your ‘day to day • Lead our B2B business digitalization in our markets thru the usage of Sales Force technology Platforms such as Community Cloud and Marketing Cloud. • Design Platform and Program new features to further develop the program among clients • Develop program campaigns to boost our programs and products performance within channels (General Trade, Key Accounts, Wholesale) • Align with commercial planning campaigns priorities to ensure focus on main market opportunities • Analyze platform performance indicators using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau Analytics and Power BI, to ensure reach of targets. • Propose action plans to improve program and platform KPI´s such as Engagement and Usage Rate. • B2B Customer Service Management (third party) Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Publicity, or any other related field. • 4+ years of experience working with Digital tools mainly with Sales Force Community Cloud and Marketing Cloud. • Experience with Trade Marketing from a Digital Engagement perspective. • Previous experience leading teams or having direct reports. • Advanced English level • Experience to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
