It runs from 1st June for a period of 6 months, and it is a full-time paid opportunity. In its core our Internship Program represents our most treasured value – sharing. Our aim is to share knowledge, experience, ideas, and vision about the world, so that together we can make history. What you will do: • Support the team in all NPS routines and activities. • Manage escalated actions, across the team. • Supports the CX Forum preparation and execution • Supports the deployment of new NPS enhancements • Owns system user management process • Supports the user segmentation management Who we’re looking for: • Recent University graduates or at least 3rd year graduates with interests in starting their career journey. • Strong analytical mind and some experience with office 365. • Energetic and ambitious people who want to see results. • Well-organized fast learners, who see no boundaries. • Curiosity driven personalities to understand the business. • Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian and English languages.
