Key Accountabilities: • In charge for deployment, integration, and support of locally and centrally developed/managed IT solutions for the B2C domain (Digital, Marketing and Consumer Experience) •Act as Service Manager and/or Service Integrator for locally delivered differentiating solutions • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement • Clearly define deliverables, timelines and dependencies for team members, external consultants, and internal key stakeholders • Facilitate deployment of new functional modules according to business requirements • Coordinate external consultants, vendors, and internal project teams during project execution • Maintain active contact and communication with key business stakeholders and provide advice on business matters having IT implications, to achieve competitive advantage and facilitate business development • Promote and share the global IT portfolio and offer differentiated consumer experience solutions tackling specific market needs • Contribute into IT Transformation through evaluation of the most cutting-edge tech solutions being focused on experimentation, delivering and piloting of MVPs as well as manage proper industrialization of newly built solutions (including industrialization, deployment, and post- implementation support) • Ensure adherence to all PMI policies and guidelines on security and compliance by leading the assessment and implementation of IT Security requirements to minimize risks regarding confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information as (to be) processed, stored, retained in IT systems • Ensure IT expenditures, including capital expenditures are properly documented, budgeted, and approved in line with local and PMI requirements, and regularly carry out budget controls and cost projections during the year to ensure availability of funds & avoid budget overspending Required Experience: • 5+ years of experience in software and/or technology service management, service integration and IT service delivery • Experience with API integration, Cloud Computing and Mobile/Web apps with a focus on B2C domain • Solid understanding of the consumer/customer journey and the tools supporting it (CRM, Digital Marketing Campaigns, Loyalty solutions, landing pages, identity, and age validation/verification services) • High-level understanding of cloud services architecture (AWS) • Practical experience in setup, configuration, and support of different eCRM and other Digital Commercial Engine solutions • Good understanding of Digital Marketing principles (Omni channel content delivery strategy & execution, SMM, SEO etc.) will be an advantage •Additional advantages, Salesforce DC (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud), ITIL Certified, AGILE Framework, WordPress, Digital Marketing Agencies experience, Omnichannel content delivery, CMS, SEO, SEM. General Qualifications: • Proper combination of seniority in terms of mindset combined with technical “know-how”, which should result in solid level of autonomy in decision making and execution and become fundamental for providing of quick response for increasing Business demand • Solid leadership capabilities and practical people management experience as it is required to positively influence business decisions and coordinate internal and external service providers • Digital savviness • Ability to manage in an environment of uncertainty, ambiguity, and complexity with diverse stakeholders in multiple geographical locations • Strong analytical thinking capabilities and ability to address business challenges and opportunities with customer focus • Creative approach to problem solving • Excellent communication skills • Good teamwork and collaboration
