Our Network Design team, based in Antwerp is a key pillar in our transformation. The team focuses on existing value chains that are under pressure from portfolio developments, regulatory changes and market/customer dynamics. In order to remain competitive, adaptability is key and the Network design team conducts advanced modelling of the end-to-end product flow from supplier, production and warehousing to the end customer determining the best location, optimal size of facilities and flow paths. Your ‘day to day’  Leads supply chain network analysis and design studies, focusing on cost, cash, risk, sustainability and service. Leading the end-to-end supply chain network & in-market studies as project and delivery manager. Act as project manager on network design projects and primary contact for external partners. Acts as delivery manager on network design projects bringing in know-how in network optimization & dynamics, system approach (Coupa powered by Llamasoft), simulation and optimization. Proactively builds & maintains external relationships to identify & apply industry trends and best practices in network design transformation.
