We are seeking an IT Support Lead to join our IT Electronics team, to be located in Jakarta. As IT Support Lead, you will help build and run capabilities to improve product design and commercialization of our electronic device portfolio as part of PMI’s reduced risk products. Your Day-to-Day • Collaborate with business stakeholders in the Product function and partner with different IT Platforms to provide IT Services to Electronics Operation & Electronics Suppliers integrated with PMI, ensure service levels are meeting or exceeding customer needs. • Facilitate and drive alignment across teams, conduct customer research, and work with key stakeholders across business and technology to develop the service strategy, and IT Capabilities/Application roadmap • Manage the IT Service Budget and Cost Control including proactively showcase Service Improvement Plan • Collaborate with the relevant IT Teams (Architecture, Infrastructure, Information Security) to ensure the IT Solutions in scope meet and exceed customers' expectations whilst remaining aligned with the IT Policy Framework and local regulations. • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of IT functionalities (e.g.: API Integration with MuleSoft, Traceability, PLM) and its dependence on release levels • Coordinate the development of Proof of Concept (POC) of IT Solutions which may address a business requirement or service improvement. Who We're Looking For Critical Requirements: • Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Computer Technology • Confirmed experiences (10+ years) in large IT Organization as Senior IT Analyst, Project Lead or Service Lead • Experience with electronics assembly manufacturing, integrating both in house and 3rd party execution; or Experience in Manufacturing Process • Operates with a strong sense of urgency ensuring that the operationalized ITSM processes and functions add value to all stakeholders, with respect to the delivery, management, and consumption of IT services • Establish strong relationships and partnerships with business/IT, clients/customers • Have a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences, obsessed over quality of services being delivered, and be relationship oriented through transparent and proactive communication. • Having ITIL, Cloud (e.g., AWS Cloud Certified Professional), and Cloud Security (e.g., AWS, Azure) Certifications would be very beneficial • Experience in IT Solution Implementation (e.g.: SAP, LES/MES, other manufacturing solutions) • Experience in IT departments in a consumer product manufacturing industry. • Experience in an Electronics manufacturing environment.
