Your ‘day to day’ As a Process Technician, you will ensure continuous and efficient operation of the assigned production line or machine, executing basic technical intervention, according to the company’s manufacturing guidelines in order to deliver business results aligned with the aligned company strategy. Your responsibilities include: • Operate production equipment delivering productivity targets by eliminating losses in processes related to uptime, DIM Waste, R&M, utilities and environment. Own assigned equipment according to the defined loss elimination strategy participating and contributing to LGA activities. • Operate and monitor the production equipment, adjust and fix mechanical failures in order to achieve and to improve targeted KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, cost). Restore and continuously improve the basic condition of the machine by effective usage of Pillars DMS's. • Proactively operate with quality department for the implementation and execution of quality program to prevent quality incidents, reduction and elimination of non-conformities in the process and product integrity. • Implement and propose improvements of Standard work process defined in Pillars (AM steps, quality factor, problem solving SWP, etc) • Provide all relevant information for the smooth running of production in/between teams, as well as to the support group and project managers in order to ensure optimal monitoring of the problems encountered and to share experiences and knowledge in order to continually increase competences and expertise. Who we’re looking for Experienced individuals and fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related courses). Experience in a manufacturing company and IWS DMS and tools is nice to have but not a requirement. A working knowledge in mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance is also preferred. You must also be amenable to work in shifting schedules in our Batangas Plant.
