The opportunity Ensure and coordinate Execution of VSU Work process & Standard across IM phases internally & Externally Your ‘day to day’ • Manage production Project masterplan with related Resource planning for VSU • Manage VSU team and activities to reach Initiative VSU success criteria • Lead IM work process creation in early stage collaborating with Production and Engineering (VSU Success criteria/VSU assessment/CQV plan/TT&T plan) and lead their execution during deployment • Lead planning & execution of CQV activities • Manage internal Communication with standardized review/reports system for all projects in production • Coach and Lead VSU teams during Deployment Phase to reach VSU targets • Control project plan by reviewing Work process status, Deliverables, risk mitigation plan and schedule changes. • Make sure that the relevant Manufacturing departments (Safety, quality, etc.) are properly supporting the Initiative scope and the VSU delivery • Join Global VSU Network and apply the learnings from other projects • Share lessons learned and actions taken with other projects Who we’re looking for • University degree in with more than 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Background with technical knowledge • Knowledge of MS Office applications. • Project Management skills (PMP – AGILE – PRINCE2) is a plus • Ability to work under time pressure, prioritize tasks and follow time frames • Ability to influence, understand and motivate others • Very good written and spoken English and Portuguese • Valid work permit in Portugal What we offer Our success depends on the ones who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
