YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ Planning & Strategy • Initiates category/brand led business building discussions with key stakeholders • Develops in-depth understanding of the Perfect Store Metrics (4P’s) in relation to the business drivers and priorities of each Channel/Account • Understands and develop 4P executional priorities and KPIs to ensure implementation of Perfect Store parameters across different channels • Creates cost-efficient executions of projects maintaining a specific allowable cost-to-sales for all trade implementations • Creates Plan-O-Gram per store and strategizes what TPOSMs to be deployed and executed by the merchandising team • Monitor T/POSM needs with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure principles are aligned with Commercial POSM Governance • Practices “speed to execute” on adhoc programs as required per account depending on business need • Co-creates trade marketing programs with the KAE and account where it’s tailored fit to supplement incrementality to the specific type of retail environment • Cascades account specific projects on the rationale of launching programs answering the needs of consumers Execution • Ensures timeliness of projects between total NKA projects and/or channel specific promotions • Manages all requirements for all SKUs namely Permit Registration, Product Information Sheet, etc • Standardizes Toolbox on per channel • Cascades Toolboxes monthly to total Team where M+3 lead times are to be practiced to be fully prepared for incoming projects and promotions • Does fieldwork to understand and evaluate the reception of each project’s impact to the consumers and customers • Manages specific account micro projects (ie Conventions, Tradeshows, Manned Activations) Data & Analysis • Explore available data sources to keep close to customer/category. • Able to interpret and use data to make fact-based decisions • Strengthens sales propositions with relevant consumer, shopper and customer knowledge • Creates reports on results of projects and promotional executions to have a clear analysis on which areas are to be improved on and what strategies are to be maintained Resource Management • Tracks Budget actualization per project and analyzes spends are within forecasted ROI per project • Creates proper monitoring and evaluation of cycle programs implemented and come up with recommendations to improve future runs at optimal cost WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR You must have a bachelor’s degree, and at least two (2) years of working experience in Sales, Trade Marketing and/or have experience in project management, data management and analysis. You have strong analytical, organizational skills, and can lead/support a number of projects with tight deadlines. Experience in modern trade is an advantage. You must be amenable to be assigned in Taguig with Mondays to Fridays, generally 8:30 am to 5:30 pm shift.
