If so, then please keep on reading We are looking for Factory Logistics Shift Coordinator who will work in İzmir and be responsible for Warehousing operations in shift bases. Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: •Ensure the delivery of shifts’ core operations on safety, quality and costs accordingly with shared and agreed daily scheduling to cope with the logistics & warehousing indicated in the shiftly & daily plan. •Ensure the respect of safety, quality, process and housekeeping standards and best practices, through direct supervision and periodical auditing according to required standards. •Ensure that Logistic Service Provider (LSP) comply with and adhere to local safety measures, fire regulations, hygienic and property-security regulations, policies and procedures in order to increase and maintain health and safety awareness. Establish healthy and safe environment for the employees and service provider(s) and prevent damage and loss of the company assets. •Organize business processes at assigned work area in compliance with Sustainability rules, policies and procedures. Evaluate risks at workplaces, take appropriate measures for risks reduction. Conduct safety instruction, safety traineeship, safety knowledge assessment for subordinates in cases as required by applicable legislation. •Coordinate and support all warehousing activities in his/her shift for Leaf (incl. First Arrival Warehouse, if applicable), DIMs/Semis and FGs (PMIM, Domestic and TPM FG if applicable) regarding dispatch note creation, approval, acceptance, preparation, inbound/outbound and stock counting operations for all related commodities. •Guarantee uninterrupted support in delivery of materials to manufacturing area and on time in full completion of all shipments. •Monitor that appropriate performance is delivered (BUBD, FIFO, Damages sorting, LOGD.) define improvement priorities and action plans to ensure adherence to PMI quality standards and legal requirements. •Ensure root cause analysis is in place in any Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is below/over defined target. Propose and ensure implementation of corrective actions where necessary. •Identify productivity improvement opportunities based on internal analysis. •Participate in new business developments to evaluate impact on existing logistics infrastructure (warehouses and systems). •Ensure proper usage of available systems and resources to keep optimal balance between cost, quality, service, safety and security requirements. •Deploy and sustain OPEN + (Warehouse & Logistics SNO RTT) methodology. Ensure that shift crew have the capability, knowledge and skills to execute logistics operations in line with OPEN+ methodology. •Monitor records in SAP and WMS performed by logistics service provider employees to ensure the accuracy of the data recorded and propose solutions where deviations are observed. •Ensure work conditions in department in compliance with norms defined by local legislation. •Coordinate in shift the third-party logistics service providers (LSP) to secure uninterrupted provision. Monitor & Control in his/her shift the performance of external partners according to contractual terms and PMI standards.
