About Omni-channel Consumer Experience – Consumer Profiling TEAM Joining this team, you will work closely with consumer profiling and audiences’ team in Lausanne. This team will be acting as the cohesive force that underpins PMI’s consumer-centric and data-driven strategy. You'll be working together with a mix of talents in data, analytics, science, technology, marketing, and media. Who we’re looking for Currently studying for a Master degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing Intelligence, or related area Working experience analysing large data sets from various sources/formats (data cleaning, transformation, dealing with unstructured data) Working experience with SQL, Python, or other analytical language and tools Proven ability to turn data into practical insights Proficient in English, other local languages are an asset Roles & Objectives Participate in a consumer profiling projects from end to end; Build innovative data-driven stories and visualizations to present key-takeaways; Proactively identify available data sources to pull audience insights and work with other functions to develop practices for gaining new insights on our consumers; Connect, interpret and present outstanding patterns in unstructured data from different sources and identify key-takeaways and practical insights; Build insights reports with PowerPoint from data and develop and optimize these reports based on key audience findings and feedback from markets and other collaborators; What we offer Our success depends on our dedicated employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
