Who we’re looking for Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Anthropology, or other fields that study human nature Intellectual curiosity, working with people and creative problem solving Good numerical skills and comfortable to prepare reports for internal and external use (MS office 365 and power BI); Demonstrated engagement to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment Proven writing and coordination skills; Organized Fluent in English, other local languages are an asset We value diversity and are looking to welcome talent from all backgrounds into our organisation! Description Roles & Objectives Research on I&D practices and summarize to the I&D team Coordinate the deployment of new innovative I&D initiatives Collection, analysis and reporting of data (I&D metrics and measurements) Managing processes and meetings to get innovative ideas into the organization, but also help with admin work to make sure all things we dream of can happen.
