Participating in the full design lifecycle covering global design, product development and testing, through to market deployment, this role will be central to the function’s vision to automate and standardize the way in which work is delivered. Role Context • A unique opportunity to influence the design and implementation of new P&C Digital capabilities that will transform the way in which P&C Delivery services are provided to PMI • Participate in the full design and deployment lifecycle and gain and develop process design experience and skillset • Involved in a global program with exposure to all aspects of P&C and our markets and functions Your ‘day to day’ • Coordination and delivery of process / product enhancement activities, including responsibility for project management, across process / product domain • Contribute to development of backlogs which are transparent and visible for all customers and stakeholders and representative of employee, P&C frontline and COE requirements. Promote experimental and MVP philosophy in the way design concepts are conceived and evolve. • Identifying process, experience and data model improvements in support P&C Digitalization and business as usual service • Development of global and local end to end process documentation, including process maps, work instructions, job aids and broader knowledge assets • Iterative functional and operational testing of process and product enhancements through implementation lifecycle • Partner with IT and other program resources to identify, investigate and mitigate system defects through program lifecycle and hypercare • Development of release notes to support deployment of product enhancements and defect resolutions • Support Process / Product Owners with the ongoing iteration roadmaps and backlogs which are transparent and visible for all customers and stakeholders and representative of employee, P&C frontline and COE requirements • Support Process / Product Owners in the identification & development and embedding off data standards and associated data quality and completeness framework across processes to enhance P&C data insights and associated confidence in underpinning data quality • Support Process / Product Owners with rigorous oversight of product performance and outcome through definition of product measurement framework (i.e. Net Promotor Score, Efficiency and Cost, Time to Market, Adoption). Drive realization of anticipated benefits post product deployment and use of product outcomes to shape future work. What you’ll bring to the role • 3-5 years' experience in similar process / product domain OR 3-5 years' experience in HR operational role • Customer passion / centricity – ability to truly see things through customers' point of view, ability to understand product benefits for the customer • Project and / or delivery experience within HR domain • Tangible and relevant HR process, delivery and technology project experience • Passion for HR experience, design and continuous improvement process • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workload • Strong prioritization skills – managing multiple sources of demand, balancing global mandate with market centricity • Collaboration, communication and Influencing skills • Problem solving – ability to generate creative solutions to unexpected challenges, ability to articulate specific customer problems' solutions • Experimental mind-set – be comfortable with failure, learn and move on Desirable skills • Knowledge & awareness of SAP HCM/SAP SuccessFactors architecture and core processes • Project Management • Agile delivery experience • An understanding of how complex matrix organizations operate; international experience is an advantage What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
