About the Customer Relationship Management Internship program This internship program will give students the opportunity to learn about the world of CRM automation communication with consumers. Who we’re looking for Essential experience and qualifications Currently studying Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing Intermediate knowledge of CRM, Content Creation and Digital Marketing concepts Fluent in English & German. Other Swiss languages would be a plus. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and PowerBI Knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills An eye for detail - ability to proof one’s own work and catch errors Has a desire to learn and grow Highly organized, can multi-task in high-pressure situations Dependable and punctual Ability to work within a team environment Proactive, sense of initiative, self-motivated Description We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Intern who will be responsible for supporting the CRM and Content Teams on reporting, testing, briefing creation, translations and other internal operations. Their duties will include supporting the quality assurance (testing) process, generating reports and insights of all automated communications, translating and checking contents from English to German, providing briefs for content development and overall CRM operations. The candidate must have a keen eye for detail, be thoughtful with decision making, and have a strong motivation to learn. Roles & Objectives Collaborate within the CRM and Content teams on top of other marketing teams for supporting the quality assurance (testing) process Gather data from different sources to create reports on all 1-to-1 communications Generate insights and recommend action steps to improve future campaigns Contribute to the content development and translation of online communications Participate on the UAT/testing of emails and platforms Learn about industry best practices and share ways to incorporate those learnings in our communications Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven relationship builder Ensure projects are completed with the highest quality and within the designated timeline What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
