We are looking for a purposeful and passionate expert to join our External Affairs team in Budapest! In this position you will be responsible for managing wide range of External Affairs projects related to general & scientific communication, events and sustainability. This position is a maternity cover therefore we are providing a fixed term contract for 1 year with optional extension as will be agreed. Your day to day: • PROJECT MANAGEMENT plan, lead and complete the External Affairs projects on time within budget and scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Prepare and update detailed project plan. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, ensure resource availability and allocation, monitor and summarize progress of project. Management scope of change with high flexibility. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. • STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT Establish strong network with both internal and external stakeholders. • BUDGET MANAGEMENT responsible for related External Affairs budget. Plan, monitor, report on project budget. • IDEAS & DEVELOPMENT come up with ideas, develop processes, propose new solution to reach more efficient way of working and project delivery. • COLLABORATE within own team, agencies, other departments, Cluster and Global teams Who we are looking for? • Min. Bachelor's degree (business is preferred) • Min. 7-8 years of proven working experience from FMCG environment / Event organization / Business Development • Advanced English and Hungarian language skills • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking • High collaboration spirit • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Experience with project management software tools is an advantage • Project Management certificate is a plus What we offer You will find that our company offers a dynamic and international work environment, many learning opportunities, and the possibility to express your potential with experimentation.
