Purpose of the Job: As a Retail Salesman, you will negotiate, sell and distribute PMFTC portfolio in covered outlets to achieve business objectives. Manage their territories in terms of volume achievement, accounts receivable management, price management, coverage strategy, distribution and visibility of PMFTC portfolio, and monitoring their accountabilities i.e. sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection/status of outstanding accounts receivable, revolving fund, and fleet maintenance. Accountabilities: Your day to day tasks are the following: • Work with Retails Sales Assistants in executing the agreed sales activities within the assigned territory in order to achieve agreed volume, collection, and distribution targets. • Proactively support new promotions and new product introductions by effectively assisting the Retail Salesman in coordinating consumer and trade marketing activities in order to reach the sales volume objectives. • Contribute to the improvement of the company's relationship with trade partners during the course of daily/regular interactions. Skill and competencies: • Should be a graduate of any 4 year course • Basic mathematical and recordkeeping skills • Willingness to travel to different locations and work at flexible hours • Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual • Impressive presentation and negotiation skills • Ability to offer excellent customer service Work experience: • Holding a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record • Familiarity with GPS tools and road maps • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Strong interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling. Candidates should be amenable to be assigned in our Muntinlupa or Marikina Office, Mondays to Saturdays and can start as early as 4:30 AM.
