Your ‘day to day’ You will work as a 12 months’ fixed term contractor to support Philip Morris Asia Limited (PMAL). PMAL operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc. in Hong Kong. You may be required to be engaged by a 3rd party service provider to be assigned to work at PMAL. Your responsibilities: • Support Asia teams on solid governance for budget, business performance and external and internal cost adherence across Product (electronic products) organization and the respective functions of Innovation, Product Development, Quality Assurance, Electronics Engineering and Electronics Operations. • Be a change agent. Develop robust processes, drive digitalization efforts and seamless deployment of integrated solutions, ensure data integrity, reduce non-value add and focus on efficiencies and visibility to enable fast decision making. • Contribute to the prioritization including (i) projects (ii) cost (iii) resource allocation (iv) new demands and the strategic roadmap, provide timely and accurate business justification, risk assessment, cost adherence and reporting with required analysis for Senior Management • Work closely with Finance and Functional heads to drive Productivity Roadmap and Governance, enable x-functional visibility, collaboration and alignment. • Ensure proactiveness in planning and visibility of business calendars to support organization in driving timely and quality input in cost controls. • Enable “one single version of the truth” and establish PowerBI dashboards to generate single source of information cross organization • Ensure all Compliance Policies, standards and laws are fully respected/integrated, implement adequate processes to guarantee the protection of information. Who we’re looking for • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Finance; Master/MBA is a plus • Experience in 2 or more of the following adjacencies in an international business environment: Finance, R&D, Project Management, Operations and Innovation management • 3+ years of experience in Consumer Electronics/ Tech business/ FMCG/ Pharma • Ideally experience with large scale, complex and strategically important programs end to end • 3-5 years of increasing seniority, communicating, and influencing at all levels of the organization and with remote teams • Ability to complete result on time and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Very strong analytical, problem solving and business intelligence skills, able to transform data into insights to drive business value • Project management certification is a plus • Lean methodology certification is a plus • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
