HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? As a Product Planning Manager - PMO, you will be accountable for the development of the Product strategic planning and objectives in line with PMI strategic focus. Furthermore, you will collaborate with key stakeholders ensuring alignment to meet business goals and progress through organization, project prioritization, budgeting, reporting and strategic initiatives progress monitoring. More specifically, you will: • Develop robust processes, drive digitalization efforts and seamless deployment of integrated solutions, ensure data integrity, measurable metrics, reduce non-value add to enable fast decision making and achieve our business goals • Ensure OB/LRP and RF budgeting planning cycles, requirements and preparation are met in close cooperation with Product sub departments and finance. Establish the process to control & monitor the project financials to adhere to budget and PMI finance forecasts • Secure timely decision making according to the Product project stage gate process, effective resource and cost management and coordination with other PMI functions. Maintain control tower information to provide departmental overview of projects performance and corresponding timelines and resources • Co-Lead Product planning community to ensure strategic alignment within the Product organization. Coordinate strategy development, masterplan definitions, objectives and project progress tracking. Ensure timely and adequate communication to enable organizational focus, effectiveness and motivation • Establish and control KPI Reporting & Monitoring for Product organization in order to meet defined targets. Regularly review the KPIs with the Product management team, establish the action plan and follow up. Identify improvement opportunities enhancing efficiency, planning time, workload, etc. and lead best-practice & sharing between Product functions • Ensure that performance levels and professional development will achieve or exceed business objectives. Project management certification is a plus • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization • Assertive team player able to bring the best out of team members with a high sense of ethics and integrity • Proficient in English, both written and spoken Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
