IT HUB Krakow With a team of over 300 and more than 20 nationalities, the IT HUB Krakow plays a critical role in creating a smoke-free future around the world. Joining Product & Operations IT Within IT, the IT Product and Operations team is an experienced, nimble & expert team composed of multiple sub streams. The main purpose of the team is to lead the digital strategy and transformation of Operations and Products functions through effective business partnering and conceptualizing, delivering and supporting state of the art and secure IT technologies across the end-to-end value chain. When you join this team, you will work closely with the IT Product and Operations leadership team and critical business stakeholders as a trusted technology partner to embed continuous innovation, work at speed and scale, develop your career in numerous directions in line with your aspirations and in a truly international and diverse context. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s – ideally in an IT related field • 7+ years of professional experience in IT Project Delivery or Product Management • 5+ experience leading global IT delivery teams across dispersed locations • 5+ years of experience in an industrial segment such as engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, transportation, or logistics • Knowledge of Software Development processes such as Agile, Scrum, etc. • Experience with IOT/IIOT Platforms such as Azure IOT, AWS, etc. will be a plus • Professional scrum certification (Product owner, Scale, Agile Leadership) a plus • Clear written and verbal communications skills; Attention to detail, self-motivated, creative, and flexible; excellent time management and organizational skills. • Team player with proven ability to lead through influence • Proven track record in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively WHAT WE OFFER? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch card (Sodexo), Multisport & Cafeteria program • Employee pension plan • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Work closely with the product owners in an agile development process with user experience designers, and software engineers to make strategic and tactical decisions about product functionality, balancing appropriate tradeoffs between business goals, user goals, scalability/maintainability, time-to-market, and process efficiency • Ensure the resources coordination to implement the product feature backlog according to given prioritizations • Partner with external vendors and internal developers to coordinate their contribution to the delivery of platform, products and services • Support the Platform and Products Delivery manager in budget and cost management • Serve as primary contact reference to the digital products for technical assessment, enhancements opportunities, escalations, etc. Please note that only online applications will be taken into consideration.
