Your ‘day to day’: - Initiation and launch of reduced-risk products in specialized systems. Preparation of launching presentations; - Regular monitoring and control of the status of product launching projects, reporting according to requests; - Support of the team in preparing the launch of products on the market, providing complete information about the product and its characteristics; - Preparation, development of a user manual for reduced-risk products; - Preparation and quality control of documentation translations into English, Russian, Kazakh; - Interaction with the Company's divisions and external partners. Preparation of briefings; - Regular monitoring of changes in product characteristics and making changes to systems; - Supporting global initiatives on reduced-risk products; - Working with the product portfolio. Who we’re looking for: - Higher education in marketing, business administration, logistics and/or project management; - Work experience in the field of marketing from 1 year; - Ability to work with reports on supply planning and sales analysis; - Project management skills for launching new products; - English at the Upper-Intermediate level; - Kazakh language proficiency level – advanced (preferably); - A confident user of MS Office (Power Point, Excel); - Experience in project management at the level of cluster markets; - Experience working with creative agencies, experience working with suppliers; - Experience in developing packaging design and implementing changes in accordance with market requirements; - Personal traits: attentiveness, responsibility, effectiveness.
