Purpose of the Job: You will be part of the Field Sales Force of PMFTC Inc. as a Retail Sales Assistant (Driver) and will be reporting to Supervisor Sales. Accountabilities: Your day to day tasks are the following: • Assist the Retail Salesman in the execution of agreed sales activities within the assigned territory in order to achieve agreed volume, collection, and distribution targets. • Proactively support new promotions and new product introductions by effectively assisting the Retail Salesman in coordinating consumer and trade marketing activities in order to reach the sales volume objectives. • Contribute to the improvement of the company's relationship with trade partners during the course of daily/regular interactions. Skill and competencies: • Should be at least a High School diploma holder • Basic mathematical and recordkeeping skills • Willingness to travel to different locations and work at flexible hours • Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual • Impressive presentation and negotiation skills • Ability to offer excellent customer service Work experience: • Proven work experience as a Van Salesman or a similar role in the Sales industry • Holding a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record • Familiarity with GPS tools and road maps • Having an excellent sales record • Good communication and interpersonal skills Candidates should be amenable to be assigned in our North and Central Luzon Sales Office, Mondays to Saturdays and can start as early as 4:30 AM.
