National Key Accounts Specialist

We are looking for a talented individual to join our National Key Accounts Group. As National Key Accounts Specialist, you will support the Senior Key Accounts Executive in the development of convenience stores to be in a sustainable and competitive advantage versus competition by ensuring perfect stores executions in all stores. Perfect Store Execution • Liaise with partners to ensure on-time and quality executions, as well as accurate monitoring of agreed KPI at your assigned channel. You will coordinate with Third Party Agency on the accomplishment of merchandising, visibility, and promotional objectives at assigned convenience stores • Ensure operationalization of big-ticket account specific promotions at store level. You will activate roving merchandisers to track availability and in-store LOGD. You will ensure timeliness of TPOSM deployment and installation on 7 Eleven and area per cycle or as needed. Build Relationship and influence with the assigned convenience store partners • Provide quality customer service to build and develop effective relationships, in order to position PMFTC as the preferred business partner. You will recommend correct stock weight, cascade new products as well as monitor the ff: store's stocks product condition, perfect store and program execution findings. Manage CDI personnel and stocks in warehouse • Assist in the “First-In, First-Out” (FIFO) management and tracks monthly Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring they are aligned within volume targets. You will consolidate reports on product concerns as well as reports to manufacturing on customer complaints. You will drive transfers from warehouse to stores to ensure regular replenishments and avoid out-of-stocks of PMFTC brands. Admin and Budget Monitoring • Support the Senior NKAE handling the account in monitoring documentation of merchandising allowance payment requirements and other Key Account related expenses to be able to drive timely and accurate payments to the stores in the assigned account. Who we’re looking for You have a Bachelor’s degree in any business related course. You have experience in handling Key Accounts and have strong interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling. You must be amenable to doing regular fieldwork, you have a valid driver’s license, and have at least 1 year of driving experience. You must be amenable to be assigned in Taguig, with Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am to 5:30pm work schedule.
