Your ‘day to day’ • Ensure accuracy, timeliness and quality of transactions related to benefits administration prepared by P&ED Specialist as per approved service level agreement • This role is responsible also in doing the monthly reports (e.g accrual), other reportorial requirements, billings and reconciliation, if any. • Lead Control Self-Assessment (CSA) initiatives in preparation for Audit exercise • Secure, consolidate and analyze feedback of stakeholders on consumer experience in using the P&ED processes and products to drive continuous improvement. • Contribute and support the development of project plans, success measures, templates, standard and tools against agreed KPIs that would impact service delivery. • Provide insights on vendors in terms of performance against agreed KPIs, service levels and budget reporting. • Responsible to oversee employee record management and ensure proper repository of P&ED records Who we’re looking for? • Very Strong HR experience especially in Compensation and Benefits, preferably with extensive background in handling government related transactions and company benefits administration. • Good understanding and can easily navigate HR platforms, processes, tools and metrics which support data-driven recommendations and decisions. • Strong collaborator across globally diverse teams • Project management capabilities • Customer focus – ability to see things through customers' point of view, ability to understand service benefits for the customer • A candidate with University Degree, with proficiency in English, both verbal and written What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
